The Role

E-magy is looking for a Process Operator/Engineer participating in the scaling of the E-magy material manufacturing process on the existing pilot plant and to contribute to building a full-scale industrial manufacturing line.

As a process operator/engineer, you will be involved in the production process of a special and unique product. Being part of the multidisciplinary scaling and production team consisting of: operators, mechanical, electrical, software and material engineers, who are responsible for the production of special materials for Li-ion batteries. Your role will include the execution and analysis of the production of these materials, necessary quality assurance and troubleshooting. However, you will also observe and implement any areas for improvement.

What we're looking for

For this vacancy, we are looking for an accurate person with experience in a similar position, in an environment where complex high-tech equipment is used. For example, in a lab, in precision engineering or in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Additionally

• Process operator/engineer, MBO4 or HBO equivalent experience
• Over 4 years of work experience in high-tech production industry
• Pre: Project management skills (managing quality, time, budget and risks)
• Affinity with production safety
• Must be able to convey complex technical information within scaling team and to other stakeholders
• Good knowledge of English (verbal and written communication)
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
