- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with company safety standards, LOTO procedures, environmental requirements, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment staging, installation sequencing, and turnover activities with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Support mechanical completion, punch list management, redline drawing updates, and turnover documentation.
- Assist with troubleshooting of mechanical systems and support electrical teams with basic understanding of power distribution, motor controls, and equipment interfaces.
- Track project progress, communicate schedule risks, and provide field updates to construction leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive accountability across contractors and internal teams to meet aggressive project milestones and commissioning targets.
- Support development of scopes of work, contractor bid packages, field change requests, and installation planning activities.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational reliability.
