Position: Field Associate

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road

Role Description

• Field Support and Assistance: Collaborate with Field Supervisors to perform various tasks, including taking measurements, opening and closing radiators, and upgrading firmware.
• Assist in conducting site surveys and equipment upgrades as directed by the supervisor.
• Customer Service: Utilize your customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction during on-site visits and interactions.
• Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, service, troubleshoot, repair, and install company field equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in the proper use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and facilities maintenance equipment.
• Possess the ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Thrive in a team-oriented environment by effectively communicating and coordinating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
• Flexible Work Environment: Willingness to work in various assigned locations based on project requirements.
• Reliable transportation is essential for commuting to different work sites.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate Degree Required
• Ability to travel 100% of the time within the NYC metro area
• Previous experience (4+ years) in customer service is required.
• Proven ability to work in physically demanding roles.
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective teamwork and customer interactions.
