At our Dresden location, we are seeking a new team member to join us as soon as possible on a full- or part-time basis in the Administration department, with a focus on Legal Counsel.

Here's what your day-to-day work with us will look like

• Comprehensive legal advice to the company and its departments on general legal matters
• Legal support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with customers, business partners, and employees
• Analysis and assessment of legal risks as well as development of practical recommendations for action
• Monitoring of relevant legal developments and support in implementing new legal requirements
• Close collaboration with functional departments (particularly Sales & Project Design, Project Development, HR, and Management) on legal matters

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Business Law or a comparable qualification; advanced law students or those who have partially completed their legal training are also welcome
• Knowledge of contract law as well as an interest in providing general legal advice to companies
• Initial practical experience in labor law is an advantage
• Strong communication skills as well as a confident and service-oriented demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts
• Very good German (min. B2)- as well as good English skills (min. B1) in both spoken and written form
