Why This Role, Why Now?

Our partner ecosystem is central to how drivers discover and use Powerdot's charging network. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners in France and combine commercial judgement, operational credibility and analytical discipline to grow its performance.

How You'll Shape Our Story

• Own a portfolio of French mobility-service partners end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution and results.
• Strengthen the operational and technical foundations that support reliable partner experiences, including data quality, integrations, pricing configuration and escalation flows.
• Identify and execute activation opportunities with partners, from targeted campaigns to broader commercial initiatives.
• Set clear performance goals, monitor results, build hypotheses and scale the approaches that work.
• Lead structured partner reviews that turn data into decisions and agreed actions.
• Represent Powerdot in commercial discussions, balancing strong relationships with sustainable economics.
• Coordinate effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, Pricing and Operations to resolve issues and unlock growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have experience owning commercial partnerships where the partner controls the end-customer relationship.
• You are analytical by default and can translate performance data into a clear conclusion and recommendation.
• You are operationally credible and comfortable discussing integrations, data feeds and pricing configurations.
• You can hold a commercial position, including saying no, while protecting a constructive relationship.
• You take ownership, close loops and bring recommendations rather than waiting for instructions.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional international environment.
• Also valuable:
  • Experience in EV charging, energy, fuel cards, fleet or mobility.
  • Experience with roaming, interoperability or partner integrations.
  • Existing relationships in the French mobility ecosystem.
