Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für das Fuhrparkmanagement (Auswahl, Beschaffung, Reparaturen, Führerscheinkontrolle)
Planung und Organisation von Wiederholungsschulungen
Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Arbeitskleidung
Überprüfung und Nachhaltung von PSA und Werkzeugen
Organisation von Kunden- und Teamevents
Vorbereitung von O&M-(Haus-)Messen
Beschaffung von indirektem Material
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Asset Management und strategischem Einkauf

Wen wir suchen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung (1–2 Jahre) wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. AP+) ist ein Plus
Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Kommunikativ, motiviert und mit Freude an organisatorischen Aufgaben
Stressresistenz unter zeitweise höherem Arbeitsaufkommen
