Als Team Assistance (m/w/d) in unserem Operation & Maintenance Team erwarten dich abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten rund um Organisation, Beschaffung und Eventplanung – mit viel Raum, deine Stärken einzubringen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für das Fuhrparkmanagement (Auswahl, Beschaffung, Reparaturen, Führerscheinkontrolle)
- Planung und Organisation von Wiederholungsschulungen
- Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Arbeitskleidung
- Überprüfung und Nachhaltung von PSA und Werkzeugen
- Organisation von Kunden- und Teamevents
- Vorbereitung von O&M-(Haus-)Messen
- Beschaffung von indirektem Material
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Asset Management und strategischem Einkauf
Wen wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung (1–2 Jahre) wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. AP+) ist ein Plus
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikativ, motiviert und mit Freude an organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Stressresistenz unter zeitweise höherem Arbeitsaufkommen
