Job Description
Are you looking for your first or next step in an administrative or assistant role? Do you enjoy organizing, supporting others, and working in a dynamic, international environment?
Join FairWind as a Service Assistant and become a key part of our team supporting global wind energy projects!
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in an international company and gain experience in project coordination, logistics, and team support.
Your qualifications
- You enjoy organizing and supporting others.
- You have good communication skills in English (min. B2 level).
- You are detail-oriented and reliable.
- You're comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
- You're proactive, flexible, and ready to work in a fast-changing environment.
Experience in a similar assistant or administrative role is a plus - but not required
Your Role
- Support the Resource Management team in planning technician schedules and availability.
- Organize travel, accommodation, and equipment logistics for international projects.
- Maintain and update project documentation and time registrations.
- Help coordinate training sessions and track technician certifications.
- Communicate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks.
