We are looking for a highly experienced professional to independently support our Supply Chain department in optimizing warehouse and back-office processes.

This is an independent expert role - it does not include team management responsibilities, but requires a strong ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and deliver tangible operational improvements.

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in optimizing warehouse and back-office processes, ideally in a logistics or operational environment.
  • Strong expertise in Lean principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage KPI frameworks.
  • Solid data management and analytical skills, with experience using systems such as Business Central (BC).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive and independent work style.
  • Experience in documenting processes and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Nice to Have

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (BC) for data collection and reporting.
  • Experience training and mentoring colleagues on Lean and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and budget management.
  • Ability to manage change in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of industry trends and best practices in warehouse and back-office operations.

Your Role

  • Streamline warehouse and back-office operations by applying Lean principles, eliminating waste, and improving efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain functions, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Design, implement, and monitor a KPI structure to track performance and highlight areas for optimization.
  • Analyze data from the Business Central (BC) system and use insights to drive operational improvements.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (operations, logistics, HR) to ensure smooth workflows and alignment of processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on Lean methodologies and process optimization practices.
