We're looking for a versatile and motivated Training Center Assistant to support our operations and contribute to the growth of our training center. If you enjoy working across diverse tasks-from logistics to customer relations-this is your chance to make a real impact.
Your qualifications
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Team player mindset.
Your Role
- Delivering day-to-day administrative support to the management,
- Provide active facilitation in meetings, conferences and events organization.
- Maintaining proper document management.
- Coordination of trainers' work and their support in daily administrative responsibilities.
- Compliance with administrative requirements related to applicable accreditations.
- Manage orders and deliveries.
- Accountability for ad-hoc tasks.
