At ACCURE, we empower batteries and those who use them. Batteries are a key element of our clean energy and mobility future. ACCURE makes batteries safe, reliable, and sustainable through the power of the cloud. Using our highly scalable monitoring and optimization platform, we drastically improve the performance of batteries in electric vehicles and grid storage systems around the world.

Our mission: Safe, efficient, and sustainable batteries for a clean energy future.

To do this, we need passionate builders and storytellers. At ACCURE, people with diverse backgrounds work together on our common vision of a clean energy future. We value passion and humbleness and are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our fast-growing international team.

At ACCURE, we're committed to cultivating an environment that promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion. We believe our unique qualities must be celebrated as they are critical to our innovation. It's essential to us that you bring your authentic self to work every single day, no matter your age, ethnicity, religion, citizenship, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, neurodiversity, or otherwise. Inclusion isn't just an initiative at ACCURE. We strive to embed it not just into our core values but throughout our entire ecosystem.

Your Role

  • Apply battery expertise end-to-end. You lead real projects from onboarding and commissioning through designing, validating, and deploying analytics that operators rely on every day. Working with live BMS/PCS/EMS time-series, you turn raw signals into reliable diagnostics and measurable outcomes for grid-scale storage and fleets.
  • Work hands-on with customers. You collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product to understand systems, diagnose issues, and configure analytics so the platform feels tailor-made to each customer and asset. The feedback loops are short, the impact is visible, and you see your decisions land quickly in the field.
  • Design custom analytics and innovate. You bring a creative, solution-oriented mindset to show customers the value of cloud diagnostics, dig into technical problems, and shape the industry with fresh ideas. From lifetime prediction and state estimation to power-electronics functionality and continuous monitoring of limits, exceptions, or sensor health: You design analytics that deliver real impact in the field.
  • Own delivery and improvement. You take responsibility for technical feasibility, smooth integrations, and continuous improvement, whether it's a one-off commissioning or a large system rollout across a fleet.

Your Skills

  • Battery systems (Li-ion/BESS). You understand BMS signals, sensor behavior, and system architectures, and ideally bring familiarity with power-electronics and inverter behavior to connect analytics with operational realities.
  • Applied mindset. You bridge models and messy data, adapting methods to real-world constraints without losing rigor, and you can explain trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Software & data. You're confident with Python and Git and comfortable with time-series data from cleaning and feature engineering to efficient pipelines; experience with cloud platforms and large-scale datasets is a plus.
  • Customer focus. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and consistently translate analytics into operator value and actionable decisions in the field.
  • Language. You are fluent in English; German is a plus.

Our Offer

  • Impact: See how your input generates direct value for the energy and mobility transition around the world.
  • Shape your role: Actively shape this role and its scope with us, depending on your expertise and preferences.
  • Never stop learning: Personal development plan and budget that you can actively shape.
  • Devices: Powerful hardware and working environment/IDE of your choice.
  • Carnival: We love carnival. That's why we're giving you Rose Monday as an extra day of holiday. ALAAF!
  • Work-life-balance: Trust-based, flexible working hours, 30-day vacation entitlement.
  • Remote or office based: It's your choice - either work from our lovely office in Aachen, choose a co-working space wherever you live or work from home (somewhere in Europe).
  • Company events: Two 5-day company onsites per year + (remote) team events.
  • A job that shapes the future and turns our planet greener one battery at a time.
