Deine Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest die technologische/architektonische Ausrichtung unserer internen Plattform
- Du stärkst unsere technische Kompetenz im Bereich Enterprise Integration Architecture
- Du treibst gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen und Product-Ownern die Digitalisierung unseres Unternehmens voran und planst und priorisierst die Umsetzung unserer strategischen Ziele
- Du koordinierst und führst dein eigenes Team von Entwicklern und stellst die Erreichung der Abteilungsziele sicher
- Du fungierst als Vorbild, das mit Empathie, Integrität und Freude das Team anführt und sowohl eine Lern- als auch eine Fehlerkultur vorlebt, welche jeden Mitarbeiter über seine Grenzen hinauswachsen lässt
Dein Profil
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik, Computerwissenschaften oder in einem ähnlichen Fachbereich und hast bereits langjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sammeln können
- Du bist ein Experte in den aktuellen serverseitigen Javascript/Typescript Frameworks, vorzugsweise Nest.js
- Du kennst die gängigen Enterprise Integration Patterns und weißt diese einzusetzen
- Du weißt was BPMN ist und hast optimalerweise Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz von Prozessengines, beispielsweise Camunda
- Du konntest Dich bereits in der Führung eines Entwicklungsteams beweisen und hast Spaß daran, als Team Sachen voranzutreiben
