Du verantwortest die technologische/architektonische Ausrichtung unserer internen Plattform
Du stärkst unsere technische Kompetenz im Bereich Enterprise Integration Architecture
Du treibst gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen und Product-Ownern die Digitalisierung unseres Unternehmens voran und planst und priorisierst die Umsetzung unserer strategischen Ziele
Du koordinierst und führst dein eigenes Team von Entwicklern und stellst die Erreichung der Abteilungsziele sicher
Du fungierst als Vorbild, das mit Empathie, Integrität und Freude das Team anführt und sowohl eine Lern- als auch eine Fehlerkultur vorlebt, welche jeden Mitarbeiter über seine Grenzen hinauswachsen lässt

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik, Computerwissenschaften oder in einem ähnlichen Fachbereich und hast bereits langjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sammeln können
Du bist ein Experte in den aktuellen serverseitigen Javascript/Typescript Frameworks, vorzugsweise Nest.js
Du kennst die gängigen Enterprise Integration Patterns und weißt diese einzusetzen
Du weißt was BPMN ist und hast optimalerweise Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz von Prozessengines, beispielsweise Camunda
Du konntest Dich bereits in der Führung eines Entwicklungsteams beweisen und hast Spaß daran, als Team Sachen voranzutreiben
