Your Impact as a Graduate Project Manager - APAC

Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will be involved in the day-to-day project coordination, reporting and administrative tasks involved in the successful delivery of projects.

This role is fixed term with the duration estimated time of 6-months.

Your Mission

Assist the Sr. Managers with project planning, tracking, and documentation.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Help coordinate project schedules, resources, and communications with stakeholders.
Perform basic research and data analysis to support decision-making.
Maintain and update project documentation, logs, and registers.
Participate in project team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Key stakeholders for this role include project team, legal team, commercial team, engineering, contractors and suppliers

Your Background

Currently in the final year of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field or recent Graduate.
1-2 years of project administration experience preferably in a large scale engineering, renewable energy, EPC project.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Interest in project management and willingness to learn.
Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, rapid growth environments.
