With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe and worldwide - tailor-made with a standardized approach.
What you can expect
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at our Poznan office to manage our portfolio companies across multiple countries. Your primary focus will be on supporting the management of subsidiaries and investments within our group. This includes ensuring compliance with fiduciary duties, reviewing action plans and financial reports, and taking responsibility for selected operational tasks and work streams.
Tasks
- Statutory reporting and partial fiduciary responsibilities for our companies in multiple countries
- Collaborating with our accounting teams across different countries, you will prepare financial reports, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of financial reports, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements in cooperation with our accounting teams across different countries
- Financial analysis of subsidiaries
- Oversight of specific areas within the holding structure
- Restructuring of our group of companies
- Other business administration tasks, including support in M&A transactions and Post-Merger Integration activities
- Diverse projects in the administration of our holding
Profile
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or successfully completed apprenticeship in international accounting
- Professional experience in related fields
- Strong proficiency in English; Spanish or German is a plus but not required
- Structured and thorough way of working
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our office in Hirschberg, Germany
