Aufgaben

Erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende bei IT-Fragen und -problemen im Zusammenhang mit Hard- und Software, Microsoft 365 sowie allgemeinen System- und Netzwerkthemen
Unterstützung bei der Anlage und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten (z. B. in Entra ID) sowie bei der Einrichtung und Rücknahme von IT-Equipment
Dokumentation von Anfragen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem zur Sicherung und Erweiterung der Wissensbasis
Mitarbeit bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Windows-Umfeld in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team
Weiterentwicklung interner IT-Dokumentationen und Standardprozesse

Profil

Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbarem Studiengang mit gutem technischem Verständnis und Interesse an IT-Support
Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit lösungsorientiertem Umgang in stressigen Situationen
Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (z. B. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) sowie erste Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen
Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
