Als Abteilungsleiter des Eigenbetriebs trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für den technischen und kaufmännischen Betrieb unserer Energieanlagen für alle Bereiche (PV, Wind, Biogas BESS, Wärme) sowie für das Asset Management der operativen und nicht-operativen Gesellschaften.

Führung & Organisation

Leitung eines Teams mit aktuell rund 30 Mitarbeitenden
Direkte Führungsverantwortung für aktuell 3 Teamleitungen / Betriebsmanager
Förderung einer motivierten, eigenverantwortlichen und lösungsorientierten Teamkultur
Sicherstellung eines genehmigungskonformen, sicheren und profitablen Anlagenbetriebs

Strategie & Weiterentwicklung

Optimierung der Anlagenperformance und wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur technischen und wirtschaftlichen Weiterentwicklung der Anlagen
Initiierung von Repowering- und Erweiterungsprojekten - in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Projektentwicklung
Pflege und Ausbau strategischer Beziehungen zu Banken, Grundstückseigentümern, Landwirten, Behörden und Dienstleistern

Koordination & Schnittstellen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungsleitungen anderer Fachbereiche (z. B. Projektmanagement, Technik, Einkauf, Finance)
Teilnahme an Gesellschafterversammlungen der Betreibergesellschaften
Abstimmung zu allen Dienstleistungen, die bioconstruct für die Betreibergesellschaften erbringt

Das bringst Du mit

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Energiewirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung - idealerweise im Umfeld erneuerbarer Energien oder vergleichbarer technischer Assets
Gutes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches Denken
Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte und interdisziplinärer Teams
Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsstärke gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
