We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for long-term onshore wind turbine installation projects in Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key leadership position, managing site operations on major renewable energy projects while driving the successful delivery of complex installation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site activities during wind turbine installation, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and coordinate multiple teams, including electrical, mechanical, crane, and lifting personnel, to ensure efficient project execution.
Supervise electrical installation, cabling, termination, and commissioning work in line with OEM and project specifications.
Monitor progress, resolve technical or logistical challenges, and provide daily reports to project stakeholders.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, quality procedures, and site documentation requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project managers on site-related matters.
Foster a strong safety culture and support the professional development of on-site personnel.

Required Skills & Certification

Full GWO (BST & BTT).
Electrical qualification (formal certification required).
EU right to work.
