We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for long-term onshore wind turbine installation projects in Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key leadership position, managing site operations on major renewable energy projects while driving the successful delivery of complex installation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site activities during wind turbine installation, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple teams, including electrical, mechanical, crane, and lifting personnel, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Supervise electrical installation, cabling, termination, and commissioning work in line with OEM and project specifications.
  • Monitor progress, resolve technical or logistical challenges, and provide daily reports to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, quality procedures, and site documentation requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project managers on site-related matters.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and support the professional development of on-site personnel.

Required Skills & Certification

  • Full GWO (BST & BTT).
  • Electrical qualification (formal certification required).
  • EU right to work.
  • Enercon turbine experience preferred.
  • Experience in a management or supervisory position is preferred.
  • Proven track record managing teams on large-scale wind or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
