Site Manager
Lead daily operations at renewable energy sites, championing safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include
- Building a Zero Harm culture through safe work practices
- Coordinating site activities and documentation
- Supervising technicians and contractors
- Ensuring compliance and reporting
- Managing subcontractors and procurement
- Overseeing technical delivery from start to finish
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in O&M for utility-scale solar or renewables
- Electrical qualification (Diploma/Degree preferred)
- Electrical licence (state-specific), LVR/CPR, First Aid
Electrical Technician
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Key responsibilities include
- Performing inspections, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
- Developing SOPs and training others
- Leading safety compliance and recordkeeping
- Supporting installations and emergency response
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in electrical maintenance
- QLD electrical supervisor/contractor licence
- Driver's licence, LVR/CPR, First Aid
