Job Description

Site Manager

Lead daily operations at renewable energy sites, championing safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include

  • Building a Zero Harm culture through safe work practices
  • Coordinating site activities and documentation
  • Supervising technicians and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance and reporting
  • Managing subcontractors and procurement
  • Overseeing technical delivery from start to finish

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in O&M for utility-scale solar or renewables
  • Electrical qualification (Diploma/Degree preferred)
  • Electrical licence (state-specific), LVR/CPR, First Aid

Electrical Technician

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include

  • Performing inspections, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
  • Developing SOPs and training others
  • Leading safety compliance and recordkeeping
  • Supporting installations and emergency response

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in electrical maintenance
  • QLD electrical supervisor/contractor licence
  • Driver's licence, LVR/CPR, First Aid
