Job Description
FairWind is looking for a dynamic Head of Service Engineering to lead the design and development of scalable, high-impact service solutions across our international footprint.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, sees opportunity in ambiguity, and knows how to turn technical insight into commercial advantage.
You'll build and lead a team that bridges strategy and execution-working closely with Sales, Execution, and Regional teams to deliver solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and operationally scalable. The role demands a high level of hands-on involvement, especially in shaping the team, defining standards, and driving the delivery of solutions with speed and precision.
Your qualifications
- 6+ years in technical/operational leadership roles
- Strong international experience and executive-level communication
- Fluent in English
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Experience in product/solution development; PMI/PMP certification is a plus
Your Role
- Build and lead a high-performing service engineering team
- Define service design standards and processes that scale
