Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft, Infrastruktur oder Immobilienbranche
Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen des Energiemarkts
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel); Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen ist ein Plus

Ihre Aufgaben

Kaufmännische Betreuung unserer PV- und Batteriespeicher-Portfolios im Betrieb
Rechnungs- und Zahlungsmanagement sowie vorbereitende Buchführung in Abstimmung mit Buchhaltung und Steuerberatung
Erstellung und Überwachung von Liquiditäts-, Budget- und Finanzplanungen auf Projekt- und Gesellschaftsebene
Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Entwicklung von Vermarktungsstrategien (z. B. PPA-Kalkulationen)
Controlling und Reporting an Gesellschafter, Banken und Investoren (inkl. BWA, Cashflow, Kennzahlen)
Vertragsmanagement inkl. Fristen- und Terminüberwachung, Betreuung von Bankdarlehen und Beteiligungen
Kooperation mit dem technischen Asset Management zur Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen und operativen Zielerreichung
Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen sowie laufende Kommunikation mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
