What you can expect

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our Polish unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of utility-scale renewable energy solutions. Tasks
- Identify and contact clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage business trips to strengthen relationships
- Prepare tenders, create offers, and perform detailed calculations for renewable energy projects
- Negotiate and close EPC contracts for utility-scale PV plants and BESS projects
- Foster strong customer relationships through proactive support of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Deliver excellent after-sales service and collaborate with marketing to enhance our market presence
Profile
- Successfully completed degree in the field of (electrical) engineering or business administration
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the PV-industry with focus on BESS
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- PVSyst and AutoCAD skills are a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good interpersonal skills and empathy
- Resilient and customer-focused
