As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our Polish unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of utility-scale renewable energy solutions. Tasks

  • Identify and contact clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage business trips to strengthen relationships
  • Prepare tenders, create offers, and perform detailed calculations for renewable energy projects
  • Negotiate and close EPC contracts for utility-scale PV plants and BESS projects
  • Foster strong customer relationships through proactive support of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Deliver excellent after-sales service and collaborate with marketing to enhance our market presence

Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in the field of (electrical) engineering or business administration
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the PV-industry with focus on BESS
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • PVSyst and AutoCAD skills are a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Resilient and customer-focused
