Erfassung und Überprüfung eingehender Kundenverträge
Tariferfassung und -pflege
Pflege der Stammdaten unserer Gewerbe- und Haushaltskunden
Beratung von Gewerbe- und Haushaltskunden zu erneuerbaren Energien
telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
Unterstützung der Vertriebskollegen und -kolleginnen
enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Kundenservice und energiewirtschaftliche Dienste, z. B. zu den Themen Abrechnung und Marktkommunikation
Übernahme weiterer abteilungsinterner Aufgaben und Projekte
