Deine Aufgaben

Du bist als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich (Business) und IT für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der eigens entwickelten Softwareapplikationen sowie dem ERP-System (Odoo Enterprise) verantwortlich
Du erstellst Konzepte oder Wireframes und stimmst sie mit Stakeholdern ab - Programmierkenntnisse sind hier hilfreich, aber nicht nötig
Du dokumentierst und priorisierst die Anforderungen (z.B. in Form von User Storys in Jira)
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklerteam zusammen und verbesserst gemeinsam mit Prozessmanagement den Betriebsprozess
Du analysierst und misst unsere KPIs (Durchlaufzeiten, etc.)

Dein Profil

Du hast eine starke IT-Affinität und Interesse an neuen Technologien
Du hast eine sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe und scheust dich nicht, Anforderungen zu hinterfragen
Idealerweise kennst du dich im Bereich UX/UI aus und hast Erfahrung in der Analyse und Auswertung von Nutzerverhalten
Du hast eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Moderation und Coaching sind nice to have) und Organisation und Priorisierung liegt dir im Blut
Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
