HR Operations & Administration
- Vertragsmanagement sowie Ein- und Austrittsprozesse
- Pflege und Verwaltung der elektronischen Personalakten
- Bescheinigungswesen, allgemeine HR-Korrespondenz
Betreuung von Abwesenheiten (Urlaub, Krankheit etc.)
- Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
- Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung (Datenübermittlung & Prüfung)
- Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken, monatlichen Abgrenzungen und Zuarbeit zu Jahresabschluss & Budgetplanung
People & Culture
- Durchführung eines professionellen Onboardings
- Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung
- Betreuung von Benefits (Dienstrad,bAV, betriebliche Krankenversicherung etc.)
- Mitarbeit im Arbeitssicherheitsausschuss sowie im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung einer modernen HR- und Unternehmenskultur
- Vorbereitung von Mitarbeiterbefragungen und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen
