Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für die Koordination zwischen den Konzerngesellschaften und die Harmonisierung von Richtlinien und Prozessen
- Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Controlling Prozessen und- instrumenten - insbesondere die Konzeption und Umsetzung automatisierter Reporting- und Analyse-Tools (z.B. mit Jedox, Power BI, Excel incl. VBA)
- Identifizierung manueller Prozesse und Entwicklung eigenständiger skalierbarer Lösungen zur Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Datenanalysen und Reportings
- Erstellung konsolidierter Reports, Analysen, Budgets und Forecasts für das Management und Banken
- Unterstützung bei der Budget- und Mittelfristplanung der einzelnen Gesellschaften
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
- Unterstützung bei der Integration bzw. Verkauf neuer Gesellschaften
Ihr berufliches Know-how
- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzern- oder Beteiligungscontrolling auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Sicherer Umgang mit Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Tools (z. B. Business Central, LucaNet, Jedox, Power BI)
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie gutes Verständnis von ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Spanisch und/oder Französisch sind von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
