Join our Technology team as a Transformation Project Manager - Pricing, stepping into a pivotal role following our acquisition by Esyasoft. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to own the deployment of a critical pricing software system, directly enabling our accelerated growth and competitive market position. You will be instrumental in building the infrastructure for Good Energy's next phase, requiring a flexible, disciplined, and proactive approach to deliver this complex transformation project.

Responsibilities

Project delivery: Own and coordinate the delivery of the project, including planning, risk management, and prioritisation of different workstreams across all workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.
Documentation & meetings: Maintain appropriate project documentation and chair required project meetings.
Stakeholder management: Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners and keep internal stakeholders updated on progress in governance forums.
Requirements management: Working closely with project stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met, including continuous review and refinement of those requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Change gap analysis: Own and deliver assessment comparing existing operations and requirements with to-be solution, across systems, processes, customer journeys.
Cross-functional alignment: Liaise with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to maintain momentum and alignment across teams.

Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can come in to our Chippenham office, once a week based on location.

We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.

The office is fully accessible, allowing everyone to participate fully in their working lives regardless of any mobility challenges. We promote work-life balance and flexibility through hybrid working, which combines both remote and office work.
