Au sein de l'équipe investissement, vous accompagnerez l'équipe investissement pour l'analyse et la structuration des projets d'investissement en France et à l'international ainsi qu'à la mise en place des financements externes nécessaires.

Vos missions

Assister l'équipe sur la gestion et le pilotage des projets d'investissement, tout en visant l'atteinte des objectifs de qualité, de délai, de rentabilité et de sécurisation réglementaire (juridique et technique).
Accompagner la structuration des projets dans l'objectif d'un investissement long terme d'HDF et d'un financement long terme avec des partenaires financiers.
Aider à la construction des Business Plans avec l'équipe projet et/ou des Experts externes au Groupe.
Participer à la négociation des principaux documents de projet (EPC, PPA, O&M, financement) auprès des différentes parties prenantes afin d'obtenir les meilleurs conditions possibles.
Participer à la mise en place des conventions de crédits, ainsi que les audits de financement, la documentation juridique et le modèle financier qui y sont liés.
Accompagner l'équipe à l'audit des projets repérés en achat ou cession.
Exercer une veille active des conditions de marché du financement bancaire dans les zones géographiques où agit le groupe.

Vous serez en interaction quotidienne avec l'ensemble des équipes d'HDF Energy ainsi qu'avec les partenaires d'HDF Energy France et Internationale.

Vos atouts pour le stage

Etudiant(e) Grande Ecole de Commerce, d'ingénieur ou équivalent, vous avez une spécialité en investissement, structuration de projets d'infrastructure et/ou financement.

Vous avez un fort intérêt pour le secteur de l'énergie.

Vous parlez couramment Anglais.
