Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen inkl. der technischen Beratung unserer Solarwatt-Partner, Installateure und Endkunden für unsere neueste Produktgeneration
Die Vor-Ort-Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei technischen Fragen, Fehlersuche, (Fern-) Diagnostik sowie Fehlerbehebung (vorrangig per Telefonhotline) gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben
Sie unterstützen bei der Planung und Inbetriebnahme komplexer Anlagenkonstellationen sowie von Produkten der Sektorenkopplung
Fehlerbilder und Störungsursachen werden von Ihnen analysiert und Sie leiten daraus selbständig Behebungsstrategien ab
Identifizieren von technischen Produktschwachstellen sowie Klärung komplexer Fehler in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement, der Qualitätsabteilung sowie unseren Zulieferern

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium auf Bachelor-Niveau oder eine abgeschlossene Fortbildung als Meister/Techniker im technischen Bereich (oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss)
Im technischen Kundenservice haben sie bereits mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln können
Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu erkennen und diesen hilfsbereit zur Seite zu stehen
Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch ihre Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Stressresistenz und Gewissenhaftigkeit aus
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
