Das erwartet Dich

Als Teil unseres Kreditorenteams übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Rechnungsverarbeitung. Du prüfst eingehende Rechnungen, erfasst sie sorgfältig im System und stellst die korrekte Stammdatenpflege sicher. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zusammen und trägst zur Optimierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Prüfung, Kontierung und Weiterleitung eingehender Kreditorenrechnungen an die zuständigen Fachbereiche
Prüfung und Anwendung internationaler Vorsteuerabzugsrechte
Buchung internationaler Eingangsrechnungen
Verbuchung der Kreditorenrechnungen in unserem System
Erstellung und Kontrolle der Zahlpakete
Bearbeitung des zentralen E-Mail-Postfachs und eingehender Mahnungen
Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kreditoren-Stammdaten
Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (z. B. Kontenabstimmung)

Wen wir suchen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht wünschenswert
