Das erwartet Dich

Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) in unserem Team Solar Roofs übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Photovoltaikprojekten auf industriellen Flachdächern. Du steuerst Projekte ganzheitlich - von der Planung über die Bauphase bis zur Abnahme - und stellst Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit sicher. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Teams, Kunden und externen Partnern zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

Ganzheitliche Projektleitung von Photovoltaikanlagen auf industriellen Flachdächern
Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung und Steuerung der Projekte
Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Koordination von Subunternehmerleistungen
Koordination der Bauleiter sowie Überwachung der Bauausführung
Projektabrechnung und Abnahmen sowie umfassendes Projektcontrolling
Risikomanagement zur frühzeitigen Erkennung und Minimierung von Projektrisiken
Nachbetreuung im Gewährleistungszeitraum zur Sicherstellung der Anlagenqualität
Koordination des Netzanschlusses mit Kunden und Netzversorgern
Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei neuen Projekten in der Vertriebsphase
Pflege und Dokumentation der Projekte im ERP-System

Wen wir suchen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Multiprojektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Photovoltaik oder erneuerbare Energien
Kenntnisse in der Elektroplanung sind von Vorteil
Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
