Du suchst eine Aufgabe, in der Du Praxis im Recruiting sammelst und gleichzeitig Eigenverantwortung übernimmst? In dieser Rolle arbeitest Du eng mit dem Talent Acquisition Team zusammen, führst das Erstscreening neu eingehender Bewerbungen durch und triffst auf Basis einfacher, nachvollziehbarer Kriterien eine qualifizierte Vorauswahl für unterschiedliche Stellenprofile. Du lernst, Profile präzise zu vergleichen, Must-haves von Nice-to-haves zu unterscheiden und Deine Empfehlungen klar zu begründen. So trägst Du dazu bei, dass Interviews zielgerichtet geplant werden und die Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen reibungslos funktioniert. Deine Aufgaben
- Erstes Screening von Bewerbungen anhand definierter Kriterien
- Vorauswahl geeigneter Kandidaten für verschiedene Positionen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bewerberdaten im System
- Kommunikation mit Bewerbern per E-Mail oder Telefon
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Bewerbermanagement
- Mitwirkung bei der Organisation von Recruiting-Events oder Hochschulaktionen
Wen wir suchen
- Studierende im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Interesse am Recruiting und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
