Job Description
Help shape the energy transition by leading large-scale photovoltaic construction projects from start to finish. Take ownership of timelines, budgets and safety while working with a skilled, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and growing environment.
What you will do
- Lead photovoltaic construction projects, including grid connection infrastructure;
- Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors;
- Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones;
- Oversee permits, insurances and necessary documentation before work begins;
- Control deliveries, site compliance, and monitor on-site safety and quality;
- Track budgets, validate invoices and run regular construction meetings.
What you bring & who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering;
- 5-7 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in renewables;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
- Committed to high standards in quality and safety;
- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork;
- Fluency in German and English.
