We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead transformative projects that make a real impact on digitalisation and sustainability.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex IT transformation and change projects, focusing on modern client management, infrastructure (cloud and on-premises), and IT/information security.
- Drive projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery meets customer expectations and business objectives.
- Foster collaboration within multidisciplinary and international teams, promoting openness and inclusion across cultures and locations.
- Engage and align stakeholders across business management, IT, security, solution architects, and external providers.
- Apply agile and inclusive leadership, ensuring every team member feels involved and valued.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in processes, efficiency, and solution design.
- Build trust and influence within the organisation to achieve successful outcomes.
Who You Are
- At least 8 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or security domains.
- Successful track record in transformation projects with measurable results.
- Passionate about digitalisation and contributing to a sustainable energy future.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented, with strong organisational skills and a focus on achieving outcomes.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open, positive, and proactive - aligned with Vattenfall's values.
- Motivates and inspires teams, balancing efficiency with creativity.
- Welcomes new ideas and constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in IT or a relevant field.
- Project/leadership certifications (IPMA, Prince2, PMP, change practitioner) are an advantage.
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects (10-60+ team members), including cloud migrations, modern workplace implementations, and security programmes.
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of IT/information security, GDPR, Zero Trust principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, procurement, risk and time management, budgeting, and team building.
- Hands-on approach to solution design, aligning technical requirements with business needs.
- Fluent in Swedish
