About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Service and Support Engineer to lead the delivery of complex projects and provide exceptional technical support services. In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end projects ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and aligned with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Provide professional support services to internal and external customers in accordance with maintenance and service agreements.
  • Lead technical investigations to identify root causes (diagnosis and test system issues), implement corrective actions, and establish preventative measures/protocols and guidelines.
  • Oversee application issue resolution in functionality faults, including installation, upgrades, and ongoing support for critical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

This position requires strong project management expertise, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

About You

  • Degree qualified in engineering, science or IT.
  • At least 5 years customer service and/or service delivery experience for telecommunication, utility and IoT systems.
  • Experience in working with solutions involving both software and hardware.
  • A broad technical understanding of smart metering, communications and Internet of Things (IoT) applications and systems.
  • Experience in the installation, maintenance and operation of devices in the utility sector.
  • Project Management experience on major projects.
