Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a talented, creative, and passionate Content Creator to join our Marketing team at a truly exciting time. With ambitious expansion planned for 2026 and beyond, you'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate as we grow. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, you'll develop compelling messaging and content that drives engagement and supports growth across our full range of services, including energy supply, solar, EV charging, battery storage, installation, and maintenance for both commercial and domestic customers.
You'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate our products, creating content strategies aligned with business goals and leading the delivery of high-quality, engaging content. This includes articles, digital advertising copy, email marketing, social content, video and SEO-optimised web content designed to drive traffic and engagement.
Working closely with senior leaders across the Marketing team, you'll help plan, create, and optimise content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Impactful content: Craft impactful campaign and product messaging across channels including the website, blog, product pages, email, social media, print, digital ads, and events to drive high-quality leads.
- Project management: Lead, guide and manage content requirements from the Business and Home Growth teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Collaboration: Create SEO-driven content in collaboration with the wider team to support both Marketing and PR objectives.
- Data insight: Apply SEO insights to optimise content performance and ensure best practices are consistently followed.
- Communication: Work closely with product specialists to deliver timely content updates on product developments and industry news.
- Strategic thinker: Leverage B2B & B2C content marketing strategies, particularly within the solar energy sector, to build engagement and establish thought leadership.
- Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally to create content aligned with growth objectives across all stages of the sales funnel.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a creative and driven Creator to join our team. We're looking for an individual with excellent copywriting skills when creating communications and content that educate and drive expected results. You'll be comfortable developing accurate, responsible messaging and able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder content projects from start to finish. Creativity, attention to detail, organised and a collaborative mindset are key.
- Strong project management skills, with experience collaborating closely with other content creators to generate ideas and deliver results.

Hybrid working explained: When and where you'll be in the office Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can come in to our Chippenham office, once a week on a Tuesday.
