Deine Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Angebots- und Nachtragsangeboten
- Kalkulation von Materialpreisen sowie Bau- und Montagezeiten
- Einholung und Auswertung von Preisanfragen bei Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
- Angebotsnachverfolgung und Pflege der Angebotsübersicht
- Vorbereitung und Zusammenstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Durchführung von Markt- und Preisrecherchen
- Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen hinsichtlich verfügbarer Kapazitäten
- Preisverhandlungen mit potenziellen Kunden
- Absprachen und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
- Unterstützung bei Kundenanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Elektrohandwerk
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kalkulation / Angebotswesen
- Technisches Grundverständnis im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Photovoltaik
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich SHK (Sanitär, Heizung, Klima) von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und Windows 11
- IT-Affinität, insbesondere für Internet- und Marktrecherchen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprachenniveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
