- A track record of meeting SLAs and OLAs while delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience producing clear documentation and reports for support activities and system configurations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all organisational levels
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with proven success in fast paced environments
