As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Marketing team with a Graphic Designer (Part-Time) at either our Glasgow, Stirling or Castle Douglas office.

If you have a passion for design, storytelling and a love for the environment we want to preserve, then joining our busy Marketing team could be just the role for you. Never a dull moment, you will input into the varied creative output of our business, helping us to present Natural Power to the markets we operate in, and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivery of creative projects on brief, on time and to budget.
  • Providing commercial support to our internal and external clients with provision of required stationery, templates, presentations, signage, exhibition materials, advertising and any other creative tasks as relevant.
  • Creation, execution and management of materials for the company intranet.
  • Creation and execution of materials for the Natural Power website and client websites where required.
  • Creation and execution of motion graphics.
  • Design and delivery of exhibition materials for trade conferences, as directed by the Creative Team Leader.
  • Identification of design trends within the industry and the wider design arena.
  • Management of the Trello platform.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong creative background, consequently bringing a good knowledge of creative design programmes.
  • Experience in managing creative projects, from agreeing the brief and planning the work to delivering against a targeted plan.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of emerging design trends.
  • A strong working knowledge of the Adobe creative suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Enthusiasm with a genuine passion for good design across all media (print, web, motion and product).
  • The ability to change styles to suit client and brand variances.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.

With a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 (pro rata), this is a permanent, part-time role, working 20 hours per week on a hybrid basis, with flexibility in the working pattern to suit the successful candidate.
