These roles sit at the forefront of delivery, shaping outcomes across safety, governance, commercial performance and stakeholder engagement.
The Opportunity | Sydney, Newcastle & Regional NSW
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll provide senior leadership across large or complex infrastructure projects or multiple workstreams. You'll work closely with Project Directors and senior stakeholders, providing visibility, assurance and confidence in delivery outcomes.
This role is ideal for experienced delivery leaders who thrive in complex environments and want to influence outcomes at scale.
What you'll be doing
You will:
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects or programs
- Set direction across safety, delivery, governance and commercial outcomes
- Manage senior contractors, consultants and internal teams
- Drive strong project assurance, reporting and risk management
- Coordinate complex interfaces across workstreams and third parties
- Support Project Directors with executive-level reporting and engagement
- Develop, mentor and lead Project Managers and Engineers
About you
You will be a senior delivery leader with strong Electrical and/or Civil infrastructure experience and a proven track record of managing complexity.
You'll bring:
- Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure or utilities projects
- Strong commercial, financial and contract management capability
- Proven leadership in brownfield, greenfield, live or high-risk environments - Substations and Transmission Lines exposure highly regarded
