Job Description

The Service Performance department is anchored within Global Service Operations, which then reports to the Executive Vice President for Service. The department is globally responsible for enabling more than 10,000 employees in the Service organization to make better decisions based on data by creating transparency and actionable insights for key decisions on the most common use cases across the value chain in Service. The actionable insights are primarily delivered through business intelligence visualization tools and the output from advanced analytics models.

The department is a Center of Excellence in Service with strategic responsibility to ensure performance management across all levels of the service business, from the Exec VP level to field operations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish cost benchmarks and 'Should cost' for each turbine platform
  • Simplification of service cost performance management reporting
  • Dedicated resource to support one plan Service cost and backlog management
  • Impact assessment through data to CIM provision, CIM spill over cost out or backlog
  • Project high-level backlog scenarios to regions, platforms or global highlighting areas to focus

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent with minimum 5-7 years of wide business exposure
  • Extensive experience in data analytics
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as MS PowerBI, Tableau, or other tools
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to work collaboratively with and through others, in a matrix organization, with multi-national stakeholders and teams
