The Position

Key Responsibilities
The IT Support Technician will perform a wide range of IT duties. Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Provide timely and clear communication to users, keeping them informed about ticket progress, changes, and solutions.
- Install, upgrade, and configure Windows operating systems, applications, and essential software packages.
- Deliver hands‑on and remote support using remote desktop tools or similar technologies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT members when necessary.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with internal users, including executive team members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage user accounts across enterprise applications and systems.
- Support onboarding processes, including workstation setup, account provisioning, and new‑hire training on technology and applications.
- Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps to improve knowledge sharing within the IT team.
- Demonstrate curiosity and growth mindset in learning new tools and systems, accepting feedback in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of IT issues involving hardware, software, networking, and user access.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem‑solving mentality with the ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced environments.
- Comfortable providing support in person, over the phone, or through remote support tools.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role, with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 applications.
- Ability to work onsite and contribute positively to an active office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
