We are looking for an IT Supporter to be based in our office in Szczecin (Poland). You will be responsible for all aspects of IT support for everyone employed by Global Wind Service. We are seeking a candidate who is solution-oriented, patient, self-motivating and with the ability to multitask.
The candidate will have a key stake in enabling users to work effectively across our IT Platforms and will be highly involved in the administration and support of our Microsoft platform and products.
Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd level support for IT related issues and requests
- Managing requests and problems in Zendesk ticketing system
- Device management in Microsoft Intune
- Administration of IT user onboarding, offboarding and access permissions
- Various software license administration
- Maintenance, assignment and tracking of IT equipment (Laptops, mobile phones etc.)
- Recycling of IT equipment / handling of equipment orders
- Preparation of user guides / assistance with education of users
- Follow up on security incidents with end users
- Coordination of equipment purchases with our IT partners
Requirements
- Relevant IT background, preferably with education in that field and proven experience in a similar position
- Experience with management of Active Directory / MS Entra, MS Intune,
- Knowledge of Office 365 Administration, Office 365 package and SharePoint
- Structured, flexible, systematic, cooperative and communicative at all levels
- Open-minded with patience and respect for other cultures and high standards for own work as well
- Able to communicate and share knowledge about IT in a language which all of the users understand
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Valid driving license
