Job Description
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Strukturierung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente (z. B. für CE-Zertifizierungen, Kundenprojekte, Kraftwerksdokumentationen)
- Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Prozessoptimierungen unter Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen ISO-Normen (9001/14001/50001/19443)
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung auf eine ISO 19443-Zertifizierung (Gap-Analysen, Dokumentenprüfung, Prozessabgleiche)
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Qualitätsprozesse
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Implementierung moderner Tools wie Power BI, SharePoint, MS Forms, automatisierte Workflows (Power Automate) und weiterer digitaler Q-Tools
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung interaktiver Dashboards, Auswertungen und Berichte zur Prozess- und Qualitätskennzahlentransparenz
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Audits, Kundenabnahmen sowie Lieferantenaudits
Qualifications and Requirements
- Du bist aktuell in einem Studiengang im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Qualitätsmanagement o.ä. immatrikuliert.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement sind von Vorteil
- Interesse oder erste Einblicke in Qualitätsstandards wie ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 19443 oder vergleichbare Normen
- Interesse an Digitalisierung und Prozessautomatisierung
- Erste Kenntnisse in Power BI, SharePoint oder Power Automate sind von Vorteil
- Affinität zu datengetriebenem Arbeiten und Visualisierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
