What we're looking for

We are seeking an Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our Sales team. This is a high visibility role directly tied to Arcadia's growth trajectory which you'll play a big part in. We are looking for a goal-oriented and persistent individual who takes full ownership of identifying and prospecting high value enterprise accounts to build a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, adaptability and has familiarity creating pipeline. You take a creative approach to navigating prospecting, possess business acumen and the ability to pivot based on client feedback. You are a clear communicator who can articulate the value of energy solutions to senior stakeholders. This is a role designed with career growth in mind and Arcadia has a strong culture of promoting from within.

Arcadia is open to fully remote candidates and employees have access to co-working spaces.

What you'll do

  • Generate quality meetings that consistently convert into a meaningful sales pipeline for Arcadia.
  • Demonstrate persistence and creativity in executing daily multi-channel outreach involving cold calling, personalized emails, video, and social.
  • Partner strategically with your Account Executive to map and penetrate key accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Take initiative in leading initial discovery meetings to uncover client pain points and energy management needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demos that showcase how Arcadia's platform solves critical energy, finance and sustainability challenges.

What will help you succeed

Must-haves

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales role, preferably within SaaS or the energy sector.
  • Goal oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity, meetings and pipeline quotas.
  • Technical proficiency with both Salesforce and modern Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Regie, Outreach, Apollo, etc.).
  • Resourcefulness in using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections with poise and curiosity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively under pressure while demonstrating initiative and adaptability. We are a high-impact team that values collaboration and success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in the Energy, Sustainability, or Fintech space.
  • Prior experience running discovery and demos on client meetings.

Target Base Range for this role will be 44,900 to $80,900 plus a sales incentive bonus program. There will also be a competitive benefits and equity component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
