We are expanding our team with a Project Coordinator for Onshore, Offshore, Service and Blades projects throughout the US. This position will be based in Dallas, Texas.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Project Managers, Resource Managers and Training Coordinator. You will be in constant contact with our operations team and technicians and engage in the daily work routines to ensuring smooth project execution and excellent service delivery. We seek a self-motivated candidate with excellent multitasking and communication skills. Experience in the wind or oil/gas industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal contact for the project and training.
  • Participate in project handovers from Sales.
  • Provide input for manning plans and coordinate them with technicians.
  • Distribute project and training information to the team.
  • Update project planning systems for travel arrangements.
  • Research and arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Support technicians with travel issues.
  • Inform site personnel on logistics and daily administration.
  • Monitor and report logistic costs.
  • Maintain the training matrix and compliance documents.
  • Perform training gap analysis for technician upskilling.
  • Upload and share certificates in clients' databases.
  • Submit data for financial reporting.
  • Process invoices related to travel and accommodation.
  • Manage rental of equipment and process last-minute requests.
  • Process timesheets.

Requirements

  • Previous project administration/customer service experience (preferably in the wind industry).
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Experience in project coordination.
  • Teamwork ability, people skills, open mind, and flexibility - with respect for others and diverse cultures.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, including MS Office.
  • Quick adaptation skills and confidence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Active driver's license and passport (required for periodic business trips).

Working Conditions and Environment

  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to move around the office up to 20% of the time to make copies, fax, file, etc.

  • This position must be able to inspect and observe information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time.
  • This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • This position requires constant communication and exchange of information with the Company's employees, clients, vendors and/or contractors.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
