Your mission
- Develop and implement claim management structures, tools, and processes from the ground up
- Take full responsibility for end-to-end claim management in international PV projects
- Analyze contracts, technical documents, and project records to identify risks, entitlement opportunities, and supporting evidence
- Prepare, negotiate, and enforce claims with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Support project teams with guidance on documenting changes, delays, additional costs, and other claim relevant events
- Ensure accurate claim documentation, reporting, and tracking throughout the claim lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Legal, and Finance to secure contractual rights and optimize financial outcomes
- Introduce preventive measures, lessons learned, and best practices to reduce claim occurrences in future projects
- Contribute to internal training and awareness building on claim-related topics
Your profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in claim management, ideally in renewable energy, large-scale construction, EPC contracting, or infrastructure projects
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and German
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure
- Hands-on mentality with confidence and motivation to build new processes in a rapidly growing organization
