Your mission

  • Manage all commercial aspects of international PV projects from contract signature through project completion
  • Monitor project budgets, forecast accuracy, cash flow, and overall financial performance
  • Prepare regular project reports and ensure transparent communication with Finance teams globally
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and financial risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate change orders, variations, and claims in close coordination with the Claim Management team
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual terms, corporate guidelines, and applicable governance processes
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to safeguard project profitability
  • Support internal audits, financial reviews, and project close-out activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools, and reporting standards

Your profile

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in claim management, ideally in renewable energy, large-scale construction, EPC contracting, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and German
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Hands-on mentality with confidence and motivation to build new processes in a rapidly growing organization
