Job Description
MaxSolar entwickelt sich zum integrierten IPP mit wachsendem Eigenportfolio aus PV, Batteriespeichern und weiteren Technologien.
Als Asset Manager (m/w/d) sorgst du für Performance, Transparenz und Steuerbarkeit unserer Assets (PV, BESS, Wind und Wärme) und baust diesen Bereich aktiv mit auf.
Deine Aufgaben
- Operatives Asset Management unserer Anlagen ab COD über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
- Sicherstellung der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Performance
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Asset-, Gesellschafter- und Bankenreportings
- Analyse von Ertrags-, Verfügbarkeits- und Kostenabweichungen inkl. Maßnahmensteuerung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Betriebsführung und unserem Commercial Team
- Steuerung assetrelevanter Verträge, Claims, Garantien und Versicherungsfälle
- Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen, Audits und Finanzierungsprozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung von Asset-Management- und Reporting-Systemen

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Energiewirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Erste relevante Erfahrung im Asset Management, Betrieb oder Controlling erneuerbarer Energien
- Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und Reporting-Affinität
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung oder hohe Affinität zu Power BI, ERP-, SCADA- oder AM-Systemen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
