Verkor est une entreprise industrielle française en pleine expansion, pionnière dans la fabrication de batteries bas carbone. Soutenue par des leaders comme Renault, Plastic Omnium et Schneider Electric, notre mission est claire : électrifier l'avenir de la mobilité européenne.
Avec plus de 1000 talents venus de 49 pays, nous construisons ensemble une Gigafactory ultra-moderne à Dunkerque, capable de produire 16 GWh de batteries lithium-ion par an, soit l'équivalent de 300 000 véhicules électriques.
A propos du poste d'Ingénieur(e) Operations Readiness
Dans le cadre du développement ambitieux de Verkor, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Operations Readiness pour rejoindre notre équipe Production. À ce poste stratégique, vous serez garant(e) de la fiabilité et de la performance des équipements de production, en veillant au respect des standards de sécurité, qualité et performance.
- Première étape : poste basé à Grenoble pendant 1 an, afin de soutenir la production sur notre site pilote et participer activement à la montée en compétence.
- Phase finale : retour définitif à fin 2026 sur notre Gigafactory de Bourbourg, où vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en service et la performance des lignes de production à grande échelle.
Missions principales
- Identifier les dérives process et mettre en place les actions correctives
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements de premier niveau (troubleshooting)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes maintenance et production pour garantir la continuité du flux
- Participer ponctuellement à des actions d'amélioration continue sur le périmètre (fiabilisation, qualité, performance)
Prérequis
- Diplôme d'ingénieur, idéalement avec une expérience en milieu industriel
- Maîtrise avancée de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
- Capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Compétences rédactionnelles solides pour des rapports clairs et structurés
- Qualités pédagogiques et sens de la transmission
- Esprit collaboratif, proactivité et autonomie
- Adaptabilité et gestion des priorités dans un environnement dynamique
