Job Description

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in the Wind Industry? Look no further than Global Wind Service (GWS)!

We are expanding our team with a Project Coordinator for various wind projects throughout the European Region.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Head of Project Support and our Operations Teams. You will be in constant contact with our team to ensure smooth project execution and excellent service delivery on sites. We seek a self-motivated candidate with excellent multitasking and communication skills. Experience in the wind or oil/gas industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal contact point in matters of project and training details.
  • Participate in project handovers from Sales.
  • Distribute project and training information to the team.
  • Inform site personnel on logistics and daily administration.
  • Update project planning systems for travel arrangements.
  • Maintain the training matrix and compliance documents.
  • Perform training gap analysis for technician upskilling.
  • Upload and share certificates in clients' databases.
  • Process training timesheets.
  • Research and arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Support technicians with travel issues.
  • Submit data for financial reporting.
  • Process invoices related to travel and accommodation.
  • Monitor and report logistic costs.
  • Manage rental of equipment and process last-minute requests.

Requirements

  • Previous project administration/ customer service experience (preferably in the wind industry).
  • Experience in travel coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Initiative, responsibility, and the right balance between creativity and quality in all solutions.
  • Teamwork ability, people skills, open mind, and flexibility - with respect for others and diverse cultures.
  • Quick adaptation skills and confidence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, including MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Active driver's license and passport (required for periodic business trips).
