Responsibilities
- Vedení finančního a výkonnostního reportingu Global Operations napříč více výrobními závody
- Přímé vedení zkušených finančních profesionálů v České republice (Olomouc) a na Slovensku (Čachtice); vyžadována pravidelná osobní přítomnost na obou lokalitách
- Role důvěryhodného business partnera pro operativu a seniorní management
- Řízení standardizace finančních a kalkulačních procesů v globálním měřítku
- Podpora výkonnostně orientované firemní kultury prostřednictvím BI nástrojů a datových analýz
- Odpovědnost za procesy finančního plánování (rozpočty a forecasty) pro Global Operations
Our Requirements
- Vysokoškolské vzdělání v oblasti financí (Mgr./MSc) nebo ekvivalent
- 5-7 let praxe na obdobné seniorní pozici v mezinárodním prostředí
- Zkušenost s vedením seniorních nebo vysoce kvalifikovaných týmů
- Silné analytické myšlení a schopnost ovlivňovat a konstruktivně oponovat managementu
- Plynulá angličtina (ústně i písemně)
- Pokročilá znalost MS Excel, výhodou SQL, BI (Qlik Sense) a ERP systémy
- Samostatný, strukturovaný a data-driven přístup
